Access to Digital Products is provided electronically via email or the Platform within 5 working days of payment confirmation. By accessing or downloading Digital Products, you waive any statutory cancellation rights, except where faulty.
5.2. Memberships:
Access to Membership benefits begins upon payment and continues for the subscription term, subject to renewal or termination.
5.3. Services:
Services are scheduled as agreed, subject to availability. Non-attendance does not guarantee a refund; incurred expenses and preparation time may be deducted. Where Services are delivered in whole or in part by a third-party they are subject to the service provider’s terms.
5.4. Events:
Event details (e.g., venue, time) are provided upon booking or in correspondence prior to the event. Where Services are delivered in whole or in part by a third-party they are subject to the organizer’s terms.
5.4. Product Changes and Withdrawal:
We may modify or discontinue Digital Products, Services, or Platform features at any time. If such a change materially impacts your purchased access, we will offer a suitable alternative or refund the unused portion, at our discretion.
5.5 Bundles and Tiers:
Where a Customer purchases any bundle or tiered product, access will be provided to the relevant components as detailed on the Platform at time of purchase including Digital Products, Memberships, Services and Events where applicable. Each component is governed by the relevant section of these Terms.
5.6 Payment Timing, Access, and Suspension by Product Category
The timing of payment, access to fulfilment, and suspension rights vary depending on the nature of the product or service supplied. The following terms apply:
5.6.1 Digital Products
Access to Digital Products is granted only upon receipt of full payment. Where Digital Products are sold as part of a bundle with Memberships or Services, access to the full bundle may be withheld until initial payment is received in full. No partial access shall be granted.
5.6.2 Services
Where the fulfilment of Services involves manual delivery, advisory input, or third-party coordination (including, without limitation, GrowthSessions, StrategyCalls, LiftedIn services, or Table facilitation):
– Access is conditional upon full payment in advance;
– TableNetwork may suspend or cancel Services without refund in the event of delayed or failed payment;
– Services may carry minimum contractual terms and are non-refundable once delivery has commenced or resources have been committed.
5.6.3 Standard Memberships
For Memberships delivered digitally with minimal ongoing operational burden (e.g., NetWork, ImpactLift, GamePlan):
– A seven (7) day grace period shall apply where recurring payments are missed or fail;
– After seven (7) days, access may be suspended until payment resumes;
– After 28 days the membership may be cancelled permanently;
– Persistent non-payment may result in permanent cancellation.
5.6.4 High Memberships
Memberships involving bespoke delivery, advisory services, in-person facilitation, or bundled Services (e.g., Table Memberships or mentoring programmes) are subject to Clause 5.6.2 and are excluded from any grace period.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
6.1. Digital Products:
Digital Products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where faulty or inaccessible, in which case TableNetwork will provide a replacement or refund at its discretion.
TableNetwork may, at its sole discretion, offer refunds for dissatisfaction, but no obligation exists unless required by law.
6.2. Memberships:
Memberships, not including GamePlan and Tables, may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice via email or through any cancellation method available on the Platform at the time of cancellation. TableNetwork reserves the right to update or change cancellation mechanisms as part of platform development.
Refunds for unused periods are at TableNetwork’s discretion and will not apply to complimentary or bundled portions.
Customers joining GamePlan or Tables agree to a 12-month commitment, payable either annually or in monthly instalments. Monthly payments do not represent a rolling monthly contract but are a payment method for a fixed-term programme.
6.2.1. Changes to Pricing and Services
We may update pricing or other terms of Memberships from time to time. Where this applies, you will be given at least 30 days’ notice before any change takes effect. If you do not cancel your Membership within that period, the changes will be deemed accepted and will apply moving forward.
6.2.2 Satisfaction Commitment – GamePlan and Tables
If you are a first-time customer joining either GamePlan or Tables, you may withdraw from the programme for any reason at any time up to 7 days after the second scheduled session of the programme.
This is subject to:
– No wilful misuse of the community or brand
– A fair use assessment by TableNetwork, who may withhold the right to exercise this offer if abused
In such cases, TableNetwork will cancel your Membership and release you from further payment obligations, or issue a partial refund if paid in full. This offer is made in good faith to support confident decision-making and may be varied or withdrawn at our discretion.
Early cancellation of GamePlan or Tables is not normally permitted. However, TableNetwork may, at its sole discretion, allow early termination under exceptional circumstances (e.g., a material change in business circumstances or where both parties agree that continued participation is not appropriate). In such cases, a partial refund or waiver of future payments may be granted, typically not exceeding 50% of the remaining balance.
TableNetwork also reserves the right to withdraw access or terminate Memberships where a member is deemed to be negatively impacting the experience of others. In such cases, a pro-rata refund may be offered, unless termination arises from a breach of our Terms or Community Conduct expectations, in which case no refund will be provided.
6.3. Services:
Most Services may be cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ written notice prior to the scheduled start time. Refunds for cancellations after this period are at TableNetwork’s discretion and may be subject to deductions for incurred expenses, including preparation, scheduling, and travel time.
Certain Services, including but not limited to LiftedIn services such as CommentIn, ImpactGold, OutReach, PostEngine and GoldEngine, require a minimum initial commitment of three (3) months, reflecting the upfront investment in discovery, brand alignment, strategy development, and tooling.
After the initial 3-month period these Services may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice. No refunds will be provided for the current or completed month of service. In exceptional cases TableNetwork may permit early cancellation before the end of the minimum term, subject to a disengagement fee equivalent to one month’s service cost.
If TableNetwork is unable to deliver a Service due to unforeseen circumstances or internal availability, we will offer to reschedule the session or provide a refund for any undelivered portion of the Service, excluding complimentary elements.
6.4. Events:
Information regarding the cancellation notice period for each Event will be provided at the time of booking and may vary by Event. If no specific notice period is stated, cancellation must be made within 7 days of booking and no later than 48 hours before the Event.
Cancellation instructions or options available via the Platform at the time of booking may also be used. TableNetwork reserves the right to amend cancellation methods as part of platform or process updates.
No refunds are provided for Events attended (e.g., meals consumed) due to incurred costs, unless required by law. Third-party Events (e.g., ski trips) are subject to the organiser’s refund policy.
6.5. International Sales:
You are responsible for any local taxes or compliance requirements. Statutory refund rights in your jurisdiction will be honoured where applicable.

9. Intellectual Property
9.1. Ownership:
All content on the Platform, including Digital Products operations, their content and related materials, is owned by TableNetwork or its licensors and protected under UK and international intellectual property laws. Any use, including by third-party platform providers or partners to develop or support competing products or services constitutes infringement and a breach of these Terms. Where Digital Products are owned by a third party and distributed under agreement, intellectual property rights remain with the original rights holder and the terms of this clause remain binding.
9.2. Use:
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Digital Products and Membership content for business purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, or modification without permission is prohibited.
9.5. User-Generated Content:
By sharing or posting content within the Platform, including testimonials, posts, or resources, you grant TableNetwork a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to reproduce, adapt, and publish that content for business or promotional purposes (e.g., showcasing community success, sharing insights).
We will always act in good faith and, where practical, credit or notify you of such use. You retain ownership of your content, and may withdraw permission for future use by contacting us.
10. Non-Disclosure and Non-Compete
10.1. Confidentiality (NDA):
You agree not to disclose Confidential Information obtained through Digital Products, Memberships, or Services to third parties without TableNetwork’s written consent, except as required by law. This obligation survives termination of these Terms.
10.2. Non-Compete (NCA):
For 2 years following the last use of any Digital Products, Memberships, or Services, you agree not to develop, sell, or promote products or services that directly compete with TableNetwork’s offerings (e.g., business assessment tools like BusinessMark, community platforms like NetWork) using Confidential Information obtained from TableNetwork.

Any breach of these standards may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access, with no refund, at TableNetwork’s discretion.
10.5. Third-Party Platforms and Partners:
Any third-party platform provider or partner (e.g. where Digital Products are hosted or resold) must not use, copy, adapt, or derive competing products or services from TableNetwork’s Confidential Information or intellectual property. Such providers or partners are bound by confidentiality and non-compete obligations equivalent to Clauses 10.1 and 10.2, surviving termination of any agreement with TableNetwork for 2 years. TableNetwork may audit compliance, and breaches may result in termination and legal action.
11. Termination
11.1. By Customer:
You may terminate Memberships or Services subject to the cancellation and refund policy in Clause 6. Termination does not release you from any agreed minimum terms, notice periods, or outstanding payments that remain due under those terms.
11.2. By TableNetwork:
TableNetwork may suspend or terminate access to the Platform and any Product, Service, or Membership in the event of:
– material breach of these Terms,
– misuse of the Platform,
– violation of any NDA/NCA obligation, or

Immediate termination without notice may apply to serious breaches. In cases of non-payment, the applicable grace period (if any) will be honoured as per Clause 5.6. No refunds are issued for terminations arising from breach.

11.4. Suspension For Non-Payment:
Where a grace period applies (e.g. Standard Memberships), we may suspend access to the affected Product or Service if payment is more than 7 days overdue. For all other Products or Services, access will be withheld or terminated immediately on payment failure. Suspension does not affect your obligation to pay for periods already invoiced or committed.
12. Advertising, Promotion, and Commercial Conduct
You may not advertise, promote, or solicit business within the Platform (including the Circle community space) unless explicitly authorised in writing by TableNetwork.
Where unauthorised commercial activity is identified, including direct solicitation, promotion of services, or closing of sales initiated within the community, TableNetwork reserves the right to apply a standard commission fee of up to 50% and no less than 20% on any business transacted.
Designated promotional spaces (e.g., advertising channels or Partner showcases) may be introduced at our discretion, subject to separate terms.
Approved Partners may have separate commission arrangements, which will override the default structure where agreed in writing.

14. No Waiver and Rights Reserved
No failure or delay by TableNetwork Ltd in exercising any right, remedy, power or privilege under this Agreement shall operate as a waiver of that or any other right or remedy.
Any decision to grant exceptions, leniencies or accommodations to the Client shall be made entirely at TableNetwork’s discretion and shall not constitute a waiver or amendment of any term of this Agreement, nor create any binding precedent for future dealings.

15.2. Arbitration:
Disputes will be resolved through mediation or, if unresolved, by arbitration under the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) rules, with the seat in London, conducted in English.
