BusinessMark gave you clarity, now for the action points StrategyCall for BusinessMark allows you to discuss any element of your report, from the report as a whole to individual recommendations. This one-off session is designed to help you work understand the results attained during your BusinessMark assessment and help you take action to move your business towards greater success. Can be purchased with BusinessMark as a bundle (recommended) called BusinessMark Strategy. In the box StrategyCall 60-minute 1:1 call about your BusinessMark Ideal for key decisions and taking action Terms Calls are held via Zoom You will receive a booking link after purchase Sessions must be used within 3 months of purchase Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a booked session may be non-refundable. TableNetwork Terms Summary These terms apply to your use of the TableNetwork website and Circle community space (the “Platform”). By using or buying from us, you agree to these terms. All purchases and interactions must be made in a business or professional capacity. Pay in GBP (plus local taxes) before delivery. Prices may change, but confirmed orders stay fixed. ● Delivery: Digital products and memberships are accessed online after payment. Services and events occur as scheduled. ● Refunds: Digital products are non-refundable once accessed but we may refund if faulty or unsatisfactory (at our discretion). Most memberships and services can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. LiftedIn and some other services have a 3-month minimum term. Events require 7 days’ notice. No refunds for consumed event services (e.g., meals). ● Liability: We’re not liable for outcomes from our recommendations (e.g., BusinessMark) or issues at event venues. Our liability is capped at what you paid. Third-party products (e.g., Wealth Dynamics) follow their terms. ● Confidentiality: Don’t share private info from our products, memberships (e.g., BrainStorm, Tables), or services. For 2 years after use or access, don’t create competing products using our info. Breaches may lead to legal action. ● Data Protection: We follow UK GDPR. Data sent to Circle (US-based) uses standard clauses. See our Privacy Policy at https://www.tablenetwork.co.uk/privacy ● Termination: Most memberships and services can be ended with 30 days’ notice. LiftedIn and similar Services require a 3-month minimum term. GamePlan and Tables are annual commitments. We may end access for breaches (e.g., non-payment, misuse). No refunds for breaches. ● Advertising & Promotion: Commercial promotion without permission is prohibited. Breaches may incur a commission fee of up to 50%. ● Satisfaction Commitment: First-time customers of GamePlan and Tables may withdraw at any time up to 7 days after the scheduled second session if the experience isn’t the right fit for them or their business. ● Disputes: English law applies. Disputes go to mediation, then arbitration in London or English courts. ● Updates: Terms may change. Check the latest version before buying.
